Evaluation will be done through many workshops with all stakeholders, not limited to:
- Studying the current infrastructure, solutions, process.
- Understand the pain, challenges, business workflow.
- Understand your business strategy and goals plan
- Evaluate the current environment vs the planned one
- Collect all the required data to start our designing
After closing the evaluation step, our expert team will start doing the design based on the collected data:
- New / enhancement Infrastructure Design as per best practice.
- New / enhancement processes and workflows design.
- New / enhancement Application and integration design.
- Consolidation of dashboard based on permissions and roles
- Drive another workshops to explain the new designs and set the priorities.
- Agree on the way to move forward with the new agreed design.
Our expert professional service team will start the implementation with:
- Kick-off the project with all stakeholders.
- Submit all the required documents to be signed by both parties.
- Agree on the phase’s priorities and responsibilities
- Agree on the phases timeline
- Start the technical implementation
- Setup periodic meeting with the concerned stakeholders
- Provide the updated documents on periodic basis
- re-evaluate the situation and agree on the next step
After the implementation closure, our expert team will start managing the environment by:
- Working on Day to Day IT operations
- Monitoring and took immediate action for any potential incident
- Doing periodic health check for the environment
- Doing any modification needed after getting the right approvals
- Register any incident / action taken by our team
- Doing periodic meeting to evaluate the progress / plans
During the manage service period, our team will continue enhancing the environment by:
- Arranging periodic meeting with the business stakeholders to see if there is any changes in the plan
- Those changes may require enhancement on the environment which our team will engage our professional team for evaluation
- For minor enhancement, our manage service team will take control and implement those changes
- For major enhancement, our manage service team will engage our PS team to do the same cycle again
- For any new technology, our PS team will contact the business stakeholders to explain the benefits of the new technology and their impact on the business
